江汉石油管理局先后从主业转岗分流职工1 2000多人,下岗职工7554人。去年6月份,协议解除劳动合同(以下简称“协解”)1 7453人,占企业职工总数的三分之一。我们不是简单地把职工“一推了之”,而是“两手抓”:一手抓减员,一手抓再就业,实现了减员分流的“软着陆”。目前,7500多名下岗职工已有5400多名实现再就业;协议解除劳动合同的1 7000多人中已有4000多名重新走上工作岗位。 我们对再就业工作有以下体会:
The Jianghan Petroleum Administration has diverted more than 12,000 employees from the main business and laid off 7,554 workers. In June of last year, the agreement terminated the labor contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Conciliation”) with 1,745 people, accounting for one-third of the total number of employees in the company. We do not simply “stump it out” by employees, but instead “grasping both hands”: we reduce the number of employees, single-handedly reemployed, and achieved a “soft landing” with a reduced number of employees. At present, more than 7,500 laid-off workers have reemployed more than 5,400; more than 4,000 of the more than 17,000 people who agreed to terminate their labor contracts have returned to work.
