本文对122例直肠癌标本(术前加热放疗44例,术前单纯放疗8例,单纯手术40例)进行了光镜观察,每组5例进行了电镜观察。热放组光镜下22.7%(10/44)癌细胞完全消失,单纯放疗仅5.2%(2/38),中至重度变性的癌细胞周围可见大量的炎性细胞,主要为淋巴细胞,20例癌灶下方小血管血栓形成,而单纯放疗仅6例,这说明腔内热疗可以达到有效深度。电镜下热放疗组癌细胞变性较单纯放疗组明显,主要表现为线粒体扩张,细胞质滴及溶酶体增多,自噬体形成,核质稀疏,核仁出现透亮区,核膜硬裂,间质增多,2例只见坏死组织未见癌细胞。以上所见说明热放综合治疗明显地增加对癌细胞杀伤。
In this paper, 122 cases of rectal cancer (44 cases with preoperative thermal radiation therapy, 8 cases with simple preoperative radiotherapy, and 40 cases with simple operation) underwent light microscopy, and 5 cases of each group underwent electron microscopy. The main manifestations were mitochondria expansion, cytoplasmic droplets and lysosomes increased, autophagosomes formed, the nucleoplasms were sparse, the nucleolus appeared translucent area, the nuclear membrane was hard to crack, and the interstitium Increased, only 2 cases of necrotic tissue found no cancer cells. The above shows that the comprehensive treatment of heat release significantly increases the killing of cancer cells.
