以蓬蘽悬钩子为试材,通过正交实验,对蓬蘽悬钩子中游离态与结合态水杨酸的提取工艺条件进行了优化,并测定了蓬蘽悬钩子生长期各器官中水杨酸含量。结果表明:游离态水杨酸提取最佳工艺条件为以乙腈为提取溶剂,加入磷酸,超声15min;结合态水杨酸提取最佳工艺条件乙醚作为提取溶剂,加入磷酸,超声15min。蓬蘽悬钩子新梢和果实中游离态与结合态水杨酸含量变化趋势相似(r=0.868**和0.986**)。开花期前,新梢水杨酸含量较高(1.179mg/g);开花期至果实发育期(青果期),新梢水杨酸含量呈下降趋势;果实着色期至充分成熟期,新梢水杨酸含量呈上升趋势;8月上中旬果实采摘后,新梢水杨酸含量急剧上升(1.434mg/g)。总之,果实水杨酸含量在整个发育期呈下降趋势,发育期(青果期)果实水杨酸含量比成熟期高。
In this study, the optimum conditions for the extraction of free and bound salicylic acid from Rubus chinensis Franch were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The effects of salicylic acid content.
