起重机桥架是一个多次超静定结构。一但当大车沿纵向刹车时,必然要产生纵向的水平(惯性)力,并与两端的轮轨间的摩擦力和侧向反力而处于平衡。如何求得在水平惯性力和移动的小车惯性力作用下主梁的绝对最大弯矩和端梁的内力,对于桥架设计是必要的。本文将以结构受力原理(没有考虑小车对主梁的扭转问题)阐述关于这种特殊结构,在水平荷载作用下的平面内的受力分析问题。
The crane bridge is a multi-statically indeterminate structure. Once the cart brakes in the longitudinal direction, it will inevitably produce a longitudinal horizontal (inertial) force, and balance with the friction and lateral reaction between the wheel and rail at both ends. How to obtain the absolute maximum bending moment of the main beam and the internal force of the end beam under the action of the horizontal inertia force and the inertia force of the moving car is necessary for the bridge design. In this paper, the principle of structural force (without considering the torsion problem of the car with respect to the main girder) will elaborate on the problem of force analysis of this special structure in the plane under the effect of horizontal loads.
