观察30例成人尸体食管胃连接处的肌纤维排列形式。该处肌肉分为浅、深两层。浅层肌为纵斜排列;深层肌为环斜排列。在“食管前庭”上端的浅层,可见两条肌束,其肌纤维为管状食管纵肌的延续,斜行向下移行为胃纵肌。深层的环形肌纤维在管状食管与前庭连接处增厚,位于贲门切迹上方27.06±2.11mm处。在“食管前庭”中段,其深层环形肌纤维移行为螺旋形和扣状排列形式。在“食管前庭”末端,两条半环形肌束分别位于胃底侧和胃小弯侧,它们分别在此处的前面和后面交叠。在胃悬带纤维的对侧,还有与之相连的半环形小肌束、可形成食管胃连接右侧的界线。
The arrangement of muscle fiber in 30 cases of adult cadaver esophagogastric junction was observed. The muscle is divided into shallow, deep two layers. The superficial muscles are longitudinally arranged; the deep muscle is arranged in a ring-shape. In the “esophageal vestibule” at the top of the shallow, visible two muscle bundles, the muscle fibers for the continuation of the tubular longitudinal muscle of the esophagus, oblique downward shift to the gastric longitudinal muscle. Deep ring muscle fibers in the tubular esophagus and vestibular junction thickening, located in the cardia notch 27.06 ± 2.11mm Department. In the middle segment of esophageal vestibule, the deep circular muscle fibers migrate into a spiral and button-like arrangement. At the end of the “esophageal vestibule”, the two semi-circular muscle bundles are located on the fundus and the lesser curvature side of the stomach, respectively, where they overlap, respectively, in front and behind. On the opposite side of the gastric sling, there is a small, semi-annular muscle bundle connected to it, forming the right border of the esophagogastric junction.
