根据宜春钽铌矿的现场实际生产资料,结合品位指标优化的理论和原理,运用ORIGIN和MATLAB计算机软件,采用数理统计的方法建立了品位指标优化中必需的体重模型、储量系数模型、平均品位模型和选比模型,其建模步骤为:建立矿石取样品位频数直方图;建立品位分布密度函数数学模型;建立以积分求不同品位指标下的平均品位和储量的数学模型。以宜春钽铌矿为例,介绍了各个模型建立的具体方法,采用已建立的这些模型,大大降低了后续品位指标动态优化的计算工作量,并且计算数据准确,为品位指标的整体动态优化提供了基础。
