根据《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》的有关要求,对初一至高三共六个年级,共计2213名男女生的体质健康进行测试,并采用整群抽样的方法来统计分析。结果发现大部分学生的体质健康达到合格标准,但是相互间的差异比较大,不同年段的男女学生也存在一定的差异。因此,在新课程标准的引领下要加大对农村中学生体质健康的检测力度,加强课堂教学的实践,重视学生的个体差异,采用科学有效的教学方法改善现状,深入体育素质教育改革,重视学生全面素质的提高。
According to the relevant requirements of the Students’ Physical Health Criteria (Trial Program), a total of 2213 boys and girls were tested for their constitutional health in six grades from the first grade to the third grade, and the data were analyzed by cluster sampling method. The results showed that most of the students reached the physical fitness standards, but the differences between each other relatively large, male and female students in different years there are some differences. Therefore, under the guidance of the new curriculum standards, we should increase the detection of physical health of rural middle school students, strengthen the practice of classroom teaching, attach importance to the individual differences of students, adopt the scientific and effective teaching methods to improve the status quo, deepen the reform of physical education and pay more attention to the students The overall quality improvement.
