1.引言 4,7—二苯基邻菲罗啉(简称BPT)是测定铁(Ⅱ)的一种灵敏而特效的显色剂。曾被广泛应用于多种金属中微量铁的测定,其深红色络合物可被高醇类、硝基苯、氯仿、醋酸戊酯所萃取。一般采用高醇类,但都因为与水相有一定的互溶而需严格控制溶液的体积或进行两次萃取,最后用乙醇稀至刻度,甚至有的需要长达8小时的两相分离时间才能进行测定。我们选用醋酸异戊酯作萃取剂具有互溶度小、毒性小、易于回收等优点。
1. Introduction 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BPT) is a sensitive and specific color reagent for the determination of iron (Ⅱ).
