高瓦斯综放工作面的均衡开采技术,主要是通过控制采煤机的割煤速度来保证工作面瓦斯不超限,同时使得工作量产量满足要求。结合阳泉矿区某矿9804综放工作面的开采技术条件,均衡开采技术进行了CFD模拟研究,结果表明:9804综放工作面采煤机的均衡割煤速度1.8m/min,与理论计算结果1.7 m/min基本一致,验证了均衡开采理论模型的合理性、可靠性。
The balanced mining technology in the high-gassy fully mechanized coal caving face mainly ensures that the gas in the working face can not exceed the limit by controlling the coal cutting speed and at the same time, the workload and output can meet the requirements. Based on the mining technology conditions of 9804 fully mechanized caving mining face in a mine of Yangquan Mine and the balanced mining technology, the CFD simulation is conducted. The results show that the coal mining speed is equal to or less than 1.8m / min in Coal Face 980N, which is in agreement with the theoretical calculation result of 1.7 m / min are basically the same, which verifies the rationality and reliability of the balanced mining theoretical model.
