无论在大、中型柴油机的生产或管理上,都要经常测量曲轴的拐挡值,但测量值是否准确,必须从理论上予以分析并进行必要的检验.作者经长期实验和研究,发现曲轴曲柄销不论在什么转角位置,每对互成180°的相对称位置上的两个拐档值的和为定值,从而提出了用“对称推定法”检测和校验拐挡值测量的精确性.应用这种方法,不但可以防止因测错拐挡值而带来严重事故,而且对提高曲轴安装质量、生产效率及管理水平将起良好的作用.本文从数学上揭示了曲轴拐挡值变化的规律性,列出了有关的计算公式.计算结果与实测数据对比,符合良好.最后,分析了使拐挡值不易测准的若干因素及克服方法.
