目的:研究ITGB1及Bmil基因在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达以及临床意义。方法:收集新鲜口腔鳞癌患者的组织标本30例,并且选择正常体检者的口腔黏膜组织样本30例形成对照,在冰冻切片上行免疫组化染色,并观察和比较ITGB1及Bmil基因表达的阳性率。结果:口腔鳞癌组的组织样本中,ITGB1及Bmil阳性标本百分率平均为58.89%,对照组基本无ITGB1及Bmil表达。结论:ITGB1及Bmil基因检测可作为口腔鳞癌的辅助诊断的指标之一。
Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of ITGB1 and Bmil in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Tissue samples from 30 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected and 30 samples from normal oral mucosa samples were selected as controls. Immunohistochemical staining was performed on frozen sections and the positive rates of ITGB1 and Bmil gene expression were compared . Results: The average percentage of ITGB1 and Bmil positive specimens in oral squamous cell carcinoma group was 58.89%, while that in control group was almost no expression of ITGB1 and Bmil. Conclusion: The detection of ITGB1 and Bmil genes can be used as a diagnostic indicator of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
