目的研究白速消皮肤黏膜消毒液的亚急性毒性。方法从动物体重、进食、血液学、生化学及重要脏器的病理组织学等5方面观察白速消皮肤黏膜消毒液对实验大鼠的亚急性毒性。结果与阴性对照组比较,白速消皮肤黏膜消毒液40、200和1000 mg/kg 3个剂量组的体重变化、进食量、血液学变化、生物化学变化以及病理均未出现显著差异;各项指标在允许范围内波动。结论白速消皮肤黏膜消毒液对实验动物未见亚急性毒性,数据显示使用白速消皮肤黏膜消毒液有一定的理论安全依据。
Objective To study the subacute toxicity of dehumidifying skin and mucous membrane disinfectant.
