Aminophylline (AML) is a complex salt of tea alum and ethylenediamine. The pharmacological activity comes from the tea plant, which has a wide range of pharmacological activities and is mainly used in some diseases of the circulation and respiratory system. However, in the process of using ammoniacal tea, sudden death caused by excessive injection rate has been reported frequently. Therefore, the relationship between the rate of intravenous injection and mortality in mice was studied. Materials and Methods Materials Reagents: Ammoniacal Indole Injection, Lot No. 900401, Shanghai Xinyi Pharmaceutical Factory. 25% glucose injection, batch 900403, Shanghai Haipu Pharmaceutical Factory. Animals: Weight 19-21g mice, Shanghai drug test
