目的:通过某市2006年-2010年蔬菜农药残留情况,探讨造成农药残留的原因和防控措施。方法:用回顾性流行病学方法对某市2006年-2010年蔬菜农药检测资料进行分析。结果:①2006年-2010年用气相色谱法检测95份蔬菜样品,其中不合格蔬菜20份,检出违规使用的农药15种,有机磷酸酯类农药检出率最高为21.1%。②2006年-2010年用速测卡法共检测5790份蔬菜样品,农药检出率在2.8%~7.4%之间,平均检出率为4.5%。结论:5年间该市均检出蔬菜农药残留,且呈现波动性。
Objective: To explore the causes of pesticide residues and the prevention and control measures of vegetable pesticide residues in a city from 2006 to 2010. Methods: The retrospective epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of vegetables and pesticides in a city from 2006 to 2010. Results: ① From 2006 to 2010, 95 samples of vegetables were detected by gas chromatography, among which 20 were unqualified vegetables. Fifteen pesticides were detected in violation, and the highest detection rate of organic phosphate pesticides was 21.1%. ② From 2006 to 2010, a total of 5790 vegetable samples were detected by quick-test card method. The detection rate of pesticides was between 2.8% and 7.4% with an average detection rate of 4.5%. Conclusion: Vegetable pesticide residues were detected in this city in 5 years and showed fluctuation.
