我矿自1991年采取综掘机掘进,掘进速度得到逐年提高,促进了掘进技术的发展,但是,随着矿井采深的增加,矿山压力不断增大,尤其动压的影响,给采、掘工作带来很大困难,巷道的压力增大,巷道片帮、掉顶现象时有发生,地质条件发生显著变化,制约煤巷快速掘进。2001年我矿采取了煤巷快速掘进技术,其主要在巷道布置、断面选择等进行优化,加强施工技术管理、矿压观测、通风管理等。在2001年掘进二五O区段30#-1综采工作面的掘进施工采取快速掘进技术,取得了很好的效果,创较好经济效益,提前工期五个月,节余人工费303750元,巷道维护费用145000元,创建矿以来最佳成绩。
