目的观察辅助化疗期间患者外周血T淋巴细胞计数的变化。方法 2010年3月至2011年3月就诊并行辅助化疗的患者,根据疾病采用不同化疗方案,每例患者化疗前均进行血常规检查,同时在第1个周期前、4或5个周期前、第8个周期前均进行外周血流式细胞检测。结果无论是何种方案进行化疗,化疗均导致淋巴细胞计数减少;TC方案化疗后T淋巴细胞(包括CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞)明显减少,NK细胞在FOLFOX方案或XELOX方案化疗后明显减少。结论化疗使肿瘤病人的外周血淋巴细胞及T淋巴细胞均明显减少。
Objective To observe the change of peripheral blood T lymphocyte count during adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods Patients with concurrent adjuvant chemotherapy from March 2010 to March 2011 underwent different chemotherapy regimens according to the disease. Before each chemotherapy, all patients underwent routine blood tests. Before the first cycle, before 4 or 5 cycles, Peripheral blood flow cytometry was performed before the eighth cycle. Results No matter what kind of regimen chemotherapy and chemotherapy led to the decrease of lymphocyte count, the number of T lymphocytes (including CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells) in TC regimen was significantly decreased, and the NK cells were significantly increased after FOLFOX or XELOX regimen chemotherapy cut back. Conclusion Chemotherapy can significantly reduce peripheral blood lymphocytes and T lymphocytes in patients with cancer.
