本文对上海市居住区域767名10~14岁儿童进行被动吸烟对儿童肺功能影响的调查。采用逐步回归法,建立“最佳”回归模型,对所有调查儿童的性别、年龄、身高、胸围、体重等因素进行校正,认为被动吸烟儿童的肺功能PEF、V_(75)、V_(50)、V_(25)指标与非被动吸烟儿童相比较均有显著差别(p<0.01),还认为随着吸烟指数增加,肺功能各指标逐渐下降(p<0.01)。
This paper investigates the effect of passive smoking on 767 children aged 10-14 in Shanghai living area. The stepwise regression method was used to establish the “best” regression model, and the factors such as gender, age, height, chest circumference and body weight of all children were investigated. PEF, V 75, V 50, (P <0.01). There was also a significant difference (P <0.01) between the V25 index and non-passive smoking children (p <0.01).
