对7个海岛棉品种的42个F1组合的产量和品质的配合力研究分析表明,新海15在综合性状上的GCA表现较好,新海16的纤维品质GCA效应值最高,新海19和S03在产量性状上GCA较好;新海15×新海19、新海15×新海14、新海19×新海15是综合性状较优组合;比强度、主体长度、伸长率、衣分和单铃重狭义遗传力较高,早代选择效果明显;皮棉产量、单株结铃数、整齐度、马克隆值主要是受非加性基因控制,整齐度显性作用显著。
The study on the combining ability of yield and quality of 42 F1 combinations of 7 island cotton varieties showed that GCA performance of Xinhai 15 was better than that of Xinhai 16 and that of Xinhai 16 was the highest. The results of Xinhai 19 and S03 in yield GCA was better in the traits; Xinhai 15 × Xinhai 19, Xinhai 15 × Xinhai 14, Xinhai 19 × Xinhai 15 were the better combinations of comprehensive traits; and the specific heritabilities of strength, body length, elongation, High and early selection effect is obvious; lint yield, number of bolls per plant, uniformity, micronaire value is mainly controlled by non-additive genes, significant uniformity of dominance.
