主要研究了Mg-2Er和Mg-6Er合金在锻造变形、室温拉力下的组织、晶粒取向,分析了不同Er含量对于合金的变形组织及织构演变的影响,并通过XRD方法测试了不同Mg-Er合金的轴比。在此基础上讨论了不同Er含量合金的c/a轴比差异及对形变的影响。结果表明:多向锻对Mg-2Er和Mg-6Er合金织构的弱化起决定性作用;在多向锻和Er元素的共同作用下,织构较弱的Mg-2Er合金的最大抗拉强度和伸长率要大于Mg-6Er合金的最大抗拉强度和伸长率。
