随着我国职业教育改革地不断深入,培养学生具有良好的职业素养使其更好地适应新时期下社会就业需求已经成为了广大技校教学工作的重点。而在技校众多学科中,语文教学以其通过诸如应用文写作训练、职业口语培训以及职业道德渗透等方式不仅有效地提升学生认知、表达以及社交等能力,同时更在教学过程中推动他们职业素养实现提升。对此,本文将重点围绕如何在技校语文课堂上培养学生职业素养展开探究,首先对其在培养学生职业素养中所具有的重要性进行论述,随后在此基础上探究出一些培养学生职业素养的途径以及教学方法,以期在有效提升其职业素养前提下为培养高素质专业技术人才打下良好基础。
