我厂1982年试制成功斩波稳零运算放大器5G7(?)50投放市场后深受用户欢迎。随着仪器仪表行业重点开发智能化、数字化、自动化产品的需要,对运算放大器性能指标要求也越来越高。由于5G7650的输入噪声电压较大,对传感器的微弱信号放大是有一定困难的。为了满足用户需要,最近,我厂又试制了具有低失调、低噪声、低漂移、偏置电流小的5GOP07D,其参数性能、外引线排列均与美国精密单片公司(PMI)生产的OP07相同,可以互换。此器件由于性能较好,能广泛用于稳定积分、精密加法器、比较器、阀值电压检测电路和对微弱信号

With the instrumentation industry focus on the development of intelligent, digital, automated products needs, the operational amplifier performance requirements are also getting higher and higher. Due to the large input noise voltage of the 5G7650, there is some difficulty in amplifying the weak signal of the sensor. In order to meet the needs of users, our factory has recently made 5GOP07D with low offset, low noise, low drift and small bias current. Its parametric performance and outer lead arrangement are the same as that of OP07 manufactured by American Precision Single Chip Company (PMI) , Interchangeable. Because of its better performance, this device can be widely used in stable integration, precision adder, comparator, threshold voltage detection circuit and weak signal
