为深入探讨UVA 对皮肤光老化的作用机制,采用不同剂量的UVA(320400 nm ) 照射人角朊细胞和成纤维细胞,通过免疫组化方法,观察UVA 对一些抗原成分表达的影响。结果显示,当UVA 照射剂量达到27 J/c m 2 时,角朊细胞的多种抗原成分表达下降;当UVA 剂量为3 J/cm 2 时,成纤维细胞表达Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原下降,当UVA 为9 J/cm 2 时,成纤维细胞表达的Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原几乎消失。充分说明了UVA 在皮肤光老化中的重要作用
In order to further explore the mechanism of action of UVA on skin photoaging, human keratinocytes and fibroblasts were irradiated with different doses of UVA (320400 nm), and the effects of UVA on some antigenic components were observed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that when the dose of UVA reached 27 J / cm 2, the expression of multiple antigenic components in keratinocytes decreased. When UVA dose was 3 J / cm 2, the expression of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen decreased, When UVA was 9 J / cm 2, fibroblasts expressed type I and type III collagen almost disappeared. It fully demonstrates the important role of UVA in skin photoaging
