光纤作为激光束传输的重要载体,是激光通信分系统的重要组成部分。本文针对卫星光纤电缆安装工况,充分分析了光纤组件种类、连接原理及检测方法,开展了工艺攻关研究,提出了光纤电缆安装与插接工艺方法,为星上操作阶段提供了有力的技术支持,弥补了此项操作在航天器总装中应用较少的空白。目前,该方法已成功应用于多个型号平台的光纤安装。
