目的 通过对160例脑梗死患者与96例脑动脉硬化患者心电图异常变化的比较,进一步认识脑梗死患者的心电图异常改变。方法 两组均为住院病人,在入院后24小时内行头颅CT检查,24-72小时内行心电图检查。结果 160例脑梗死病人心电图异常者98例,占61.25%;96例脑动脉硬化病人心电图异常者30例,占31.45%。(P<0.01)。丘脑-基底节梗死比大脑及其它部位显著(P<0.05)。心电图异常以ST-T变化为主(P<0.05)。心电图异常以ST-T变化为主(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死局部缺血、缺氧引起的一系列中枢神经系统病理生理变化,可导致心电图异常变化。
Objective To compare the changes of ECG abnormalities in 160 patients with cerebral infarction and 96 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis to further understand the abnormal ECG changes in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Both groups were inpatients with head CT examination within 24 hours after admission and electrocardiogram within 24-72 hours. Results There were 98 electrocardiogram abnormalities in 160 patients with cerebral infarction, accounting for 61.25%; 30 electrocardiogram abnormalities in 96 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis, accounting for 31.45%. (P <0.01). Thalamic - basal ganglia infarction than the brain and other parts significantly (P <0.05). ECG abnormalities mainly ST-T changes (P <0.05). ECG abnormalities mainly ST-T changes (P <0.05). Conclusion Cerebral infarction ischemia and hypoxia caused by a series of central nervous system pathophysiological changes can lead to abnormal ECG changes.
