2月5日,省委组织部、省教委就我省1990年各类管理干部学院、中专干校、党校和普通高校干部学历班招生工作有关问题发出通知。今年招生总的要求是:压缩数量,提高质量;坚持业余为主,专业对口,按需送训。各级党校、各类干部院校和其它院校的干部学历班一律限招在职国家干部,纳入全省成人统考。
On February 5, the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department and the Provincial Board of Education issued notices on issues relating to the enrollment work for all types of management cadres, technical secondary schools, party schools, and general colleges and universities. The general requirements for this year’s enrollment are: to reduce the number and improve the quality; to adhere to amateurs, professional counterparts, on-demand training. The cadre qualifications classes at all levels of party schools, various cadre colleges, and other colleges and universities shall limit the recruitment of serving cadres to include the provincial adult test.
