新时期军事科研工作的任务越来越繁重,对军事科研人才队伍建设提出了更高的要求,兵工企业在科研工作当中,必须准确的把握这种要求,不断加强和提高人才队伍建设水平,用高水平的人才队伍来满足当前的科研工作需要。本文根据收集到的资料,结合自身在军事科研人才队伍建设上的一些经验,就如何提高军事科研队伍的建设水平提出了相应的对策建议,提出要转变人才队伍建设观念、打破人才队伍建设旧模式等建议,希望能够对各个军事科研单位的人才队伍建设提供一些帮助和启示。
