本文根据分析调研,设计制定了适合偏航输出齿轮轴硬齿面激光熔覆修复的工艺参数。应用该修复工艺对偏航输出轴硬齿面缺陷进行激光熔覆修复处理,并从金相组织和力学性能两方面对熔覆试样进行了测试。结果显示经激光熔覆修复处理的硬齿面存在冶金结合过渡区,激光熔覆修复处理后试样的抗拉和屈服强度指标降低不显著。试验结果表明该零件硬齿面激光熔覆处理能达到冶金结合,机械强度符合使用要求,具有一定可行性。
In this paper, based on the analysis and research, designed and manufactured for yaw output gear shaft hardened surface laser cladding process parameters. The repairing process was applied to repairing the hard tooth surface defects of the yaw output shaft. The cladded samples were tested from both microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that there is metallurgical transition region in the laser tooth surface after laser cladding and the tensile strength and yield strength of laser tooth surface are not significantly reduced. The test results show that the hard tooth surface laser cladding of the parts can be metallurgically bonded, and the mechanical strength meets the requirements of use, which is feasible.
