Innovation is the mainstream of social development in the era of knowledge-based economy. Innovation is the inexhaustible motive force and source of the flourishing development of all social undertakings. The innovation of archives work is an important way for university library to realize information construction and improve the social status of university library. It is also a concrete manifestation of college library construction keeping pace with the times. University library leaders and archivists should strive to innovate the archives work, and should dare to break through those
