各设区市劳动保障局:最近,各地认真贯彻《中共中央国务院关于进一步做好下岗失业人员再就业工作的通知》(中发[2002]12号)精神,努力推进街道社区劳动保障平台建设,取得明显成绩。全省城市的街道和部分重点乡镇已建立劳动保障事务所。为推动街道、重点乡镇劳动保障工作开展,使基层组织切实承担起做好下岗失业人员再就业和企业退休人员社会化管理服务的责任。现就街道、重点乡镇劳动保障事务所工作职责(试行)及有关问题通知如下:
