在高职院校职业化教改的大潮中,高职英语教师队伍的职业发展是整个高职教师队伍职业化发展的一个重要命题。高职英语教师作为高职院校教学一线的工作者,应该思考自身如何实现“职业化”。本文从高职英语教师的基本素养,高职英语教师的技能素养以及高职英语教师的职业化素养三方面对高职英语教师的职业化发展道路进行了探讨。 In the tide of vocational education and reform in higher vocational colleges, the professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important proposition for the professional development of the entire higher vocational teaching force. Vocational English teachers as teaching workers in higher vocational colleges, should consider how to achieve their “professional ”. This article probes into the vocational development of vocational English teachers from three aspects: the basic qualifications of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, the technical literacy of English teachers in higher vocational colleges and the professionalization of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.
