师生关系是贯穿教师职业生涯始终的首要关系,有关系就不可避免会有矛盾,尤其是高中阶段,少年期结束,青年期开始,在这一时期,学生的生理发展迅速走向成熟,而心理发展却相对落后于生理发展。他们缺乏理智、易冲动,在情感方面,他们很脆弱,他们思维敏捷,但片面性较大,易偏激。心理和行为上表现出强烈的自主性。
The relationship between teachers and students is always the primary relationship throughout their career. It is inevitable that there will be contradictions in the relationship, especially in high school, adolescence, and youth. During this period, the students’ physiological development is rapidly maturing and the psychological Development is relatively lagging behind the physiological development.
