目的怀疑生化分析仪存在故障,原因不明时,利用基础检测程序,寻找生化分析仪故障来源,探讨全自动生化分析仪故障原因的查找方法。方法建立基础检测,利用基础检测程序分析的结果,举例分析查找生化分析仪故障原因结果利用基础检测程序,能更快找出生化分析仪结果异常时的故障来源。结论建立基础检测程序,利用基础检测程序的检测分析结果,能够更快速准确的找出生化分析仪结果异常时的故障来源,是一种查找生化分析仪结果异常时故障来源的有效方法。
Objective doubt the existence of biochemical analyzer failure, the cause is unknown, the use of basic testing procedures to find sources of biochemical analyzer failure to explore automatic biochemical analyzer failure causes to find ways. Methods Based on the basic testing program, the results of the basic testing program were analyzed, and the causes of the failure of the biochemical analyzer were analyzed by examples. Based on the basic testing program, the sources of trouble when the abnormal results of the biochemical analyzer were found can be found out more quickly. Conclusion It is an effective way to find out the source of failure when abnormal results of biochemical analyzer by establishing the basic testing program and using the testing results of the basic testing program to find out the source of the malfunction when the abnormal results of the biochemical analyzer are found more quickly and accurately.
