Introduction Metallic materials are widely used in all areas of national production and life. However, the direct and indirect losses of metal materials due to corrosion are striking. Therefore, in the research of the very important subject of metal corrosion and its protection, there is an urgent need for a metal corrosion rate measuring instrument which is high in speed and strong in function, suitable for experiment and field use. According to the electrochemical theory of corrosion, we adopt the new measurement method and the application of microelectronic technology and microcomputer technology successfully developed intelligent metal corrosion rate rapid determination instrument. The instrument has high precision, fast analysis, small size, easy to operate
