房屋的买卖涉及的资金量较大、法律法规的政策性较强,对当事人的作用非常的大。因此,在房屋产权买卖合同进行公证时,公证员一定要对相关的法律法规、房产相关的资料以及是否涉及经济适用房、小产权房等方面的事宜进行全面的了解。本文首先确认了房屋产权的归属问题,对房屋产权是否可以进行买卖进行了相关的分析。其次,对合同主要条款的审查内容进行了说明,指出了合同中应该重点注意的地方。最后,对房屋的调查工作内容和告知工作的相关内容进行了说明。希望能够给公证人员提供有效的参考意见。
