目的 :探讨组蛋白赖氨酸甲基转移酶SET8蛋白表达与肾透明细胞癌预后的关系。方法:选取2008年1月—2012年1月河北医科大学第四医院收治的行肾癌切除术且经病理证实为肾透明细胞癌患者100例。采用免疫组织化学方法,对肾透明细胞癌组织中SET8的表达情况进行检测,分析SET8表达率与患者临床病理特征(性别、年龄、肿瘤分期、肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移情况)及5年生存率之间的关系。结果:100例肾透明细胞癌组织中,SET8蛋白高表达者46例,高表达率为46%(46/100)。单因素分析结果显示,肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移及SET8蛋白表达与患者5年生存率相关,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),且SET8蛋白表达与肾透明细胞癌患者的肿瘤直径和淋巴结转移相关(P值均<0.05)。COX风险比例回归模型多因素分析显示,肿瘤直径>5 cm及SET8蛋白高表达能够使肾透明细胞癌患者死亡风险分别增加6.122倍和4.762倍(P值均<0.05)。结论:SET8蛋白高表达与肾透明细胞癌肿瘤直径大小和淋巴结转移密切相关,且SET8蛋白高表达是影响肾透明细胞癌患者预后的独立危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of histone lysine methyltransferase SET8 and the prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods: One hundred patients with renal clear cell carcinoma confirmed by pathology were enrolled in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2008 to January 2012. Multivariate analysis showed that the tumor diameter> 5 cm and the high expression of SET8 protein could increase the risk of death by 6.122 and 4.762 times in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of SET8 protein is closely related to tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis in clear cell renal cell carcinoma. The high expression of SET8 protein is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
