随着舟山地区交通事故伤、建筑伤和修造船业损伤等严重暴力伤的增加，我院收治的严重骨盆骨折病人比例明显增加，2006年1月至2009年12月，我们采用三维外固定支架早期固定不稳定骨盆骨折17例，明显降低了死亡率，效果满意，现总结报告如下。
