本文介绍了在阿拉伯湾生产平台上采用标准的银——氯化银电极法阴极保护设计,获得的最小结构保护电势是—0.80V。本文的设计标准给出了高初始电流密度,其极化作用要比相对小的保护电势所产生的极化作用要大,极大地降低了纯驱动电位,其结果可在使用年限内降低保护结构的所需电流。使用标准规范后可使阳极根数从72根减为58根,每根净重亦可从329kg降到260kg。极大地节约了阳极成本,但使用寿命亦在20年以上。本文对海洋开发平台设计有借鉴意义。
This article describes the design of cathodic protection using a standard silver-silver chloride electrode on a production platform in the Arabian Gulf. The minimum structural protection potential obtained is -0.80V.
