分析PYB900型圆锥破碎机层压破碎过程,发现其动锥衬板在多因素共同影响下具有极其复杂的受力特性。从该型圆锥破碎机实际几何参数和工作参数出发,利用离散元软件EDEM对其简化,构建几何模型并进行仿真试验,得到不同动锥旋摆速度下其衬板的受力数据,并通过与有限元软件ANSYS耦合,求解得到直观的衬板应力、变形云图,然后进行分析讨论,为破碎设备关键部件的改进设计提供一种新思路。
Analysis of the PYB900 cone crusher lamination process, found that the dynamic cone liner under the influence of many factors with extremely complex force characteristics. Based on the actual geometrical parameters and operating parameters of the cone crusher, the discrete element software EDEM is used to simplify the model and to construct the geometric model and simulate the experiment. The force data of the lining plate under different moving cone rotating speeds are obtained. Finite element software ANSYS is coupled to obtain the intuitive liner stress and deformation cloud images, and then the analysis and discussion are provided to provide a new idea for the improved design of the key components of the crushing plant.
