目的评价江西省冷链温度自动监控系统建立后的运行状况,确保疫苗质量。方法在冷链设备中安装温度自动监控设备,实现冷链设备温度的自动采集和报警。建立B/S终端管理平台,实现对冷链设备的信息化管理及其温度的自动监控。通过系统统计功能了解各单位各种冷链设备的运转、温度及报警情况。通过访谈了解用户体验。结果全省共10 491台冷链设备(其中普通冰箱6 496台,占65.2%)98.8%处于正常运转状态。从系统启用后的5个月内,共监测到所有设备报警18 006次,占温度采集次数的0.06%;涉及报警的单位87个,占所有单位总数的74.6%;涉及报警的冷链设备92台,占所有自动温控设备的16.8%。通过访谈发现系统有利于提高工作人员管理质量和管理效率。结论江西省冷链温度自动监控系统运行稳定,提高了冷链设备管理的效率。应进一步完善系统功能,与预防接种信息管理系统进行对接,实现数据共享。
Objective To evaluate the operating status of the automatic monitoring system for cold chain temperature in Jiangxi Province and ensure the quality of vaccines. Methods Automatic temperature monitoring equipment is installed in the cold chain equipment to automatically collect and alarm the temperature of the cold chain equipment. The establishment of B / S terminal management platform to achieve the cold chain of information management and automatic temperature monitoring. Through the system statistics function to understand the various units of various cold chain equipment operation, temperature and alarm conditions. Learn about the user experience through interviews. Results A total of 10,491 cold chain equipment (including 6,496 ordinary refrigerators, accounting for 65.2%) of the province’s total 98.8% were in normal operation. Within 5 months after the system was activated, a total of 18 006 alarms were detected on all equipment, accounting for 0.06% of the total number of temperature acquisitions; 87 units involved in the alarm, accounting for 74.6% of the total units; cold-chain equipment involving alarms Taiwan, accounting for 16.8% of all automatic temperature control equipment. The interview found that the system is conducive to improving the quality of staff management and management efficiency. Conclusion The automatic monitoring system of cold chain temperature in Jiangxi Province runs stably and improves the efficiency of cold chain equipment management.
