[目的]探讨神经营养素3(NT-3)对发育阶段大鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节神经元(SGN)生长发育的影响.[方法]取发育阶段大鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节神经元细胞,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组在培养液中加入NT-3,采用原代细胞培养方法比较实验组和对照组存活的SGN细胞数、神经突起数目及长度.[结果]P0期与P5期,实验组存活的SGN细胞数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);P20期,两组存活的SGN细胞数间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).P0,P5,P20期,两组神经突起数目和长度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]NT-3在早期SGN生长发育中起重要作用.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of neurotrophin 3 (NT-3) on the growth and development of cochlear spiral ganglion neurons (SGNs) in developing rats. [Methods] Cortical spiral ganglion neurons were randomly divided into Control group and experimental group, experimental group in the culture medium by adding NT-3, the primary cell culture method was used to compare the survival of SGN cells in the experimental group and the control group, the number and length of neurites. [Results] P0 and P5, The number of surviving SGN cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of surviving SGNs between the two groups at P20 (P> 0.05) .P0, P5 and P20, There was no significant difference in the number of protuberances and length (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] NT-3 plays an important role in the early growth and development of SGN.
