弋阳县中学生伤害发生情况分析及影响因素

目的分析弋阳县中学生伤害发生情况,探讨相关影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样调查方法选取弋阳县在读中学生3725名,采用卡方检验和Logistic回归模型分析伤害发生特征及主要影响因素。结果入选中学生中近1年来曾受到伤害者共659名,伤害发生率为17.8%。男性中学生伤害发生率明显高于女性中学生(P<0.05);初中生伤害发生率明显高于高中生(P<0.05);城镇和乡村中学生伤害发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);入选中学生伤害发生场所主要包括学校、家中、交通工具及停靠场所;入选中学生伤害发生类型主要包括扭伤、自伤及跌伤;采用Logistic回归模型,得出相对危险度(OR)值,由高到低依次为打架、失眠、喝酒、追逐打闹运动量不足、孤独及路边摊点就餐。结论学校应当针对中学生伤害发生主要影响因素及发生特征,有针对性地采取干预措施,把伤害预防管理纳入日常健康教育工作中,有效降低伤害发生风险,保证中学生健康成长。 Objective To analyze the injury situation of middle school students in Yiyang County and explore the related influential factors. Methods 3725 middle school students in Yiyang County were selected by multi-stage stratified sampling method. The chi-square test and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the characteristics and main influencing factors of injury. Results A total of 659 middle school students were harmed in the past year, and the injury rate was 17.8%. The incidence of injury among male middle school students was significantly higher than that of female middle school students (P <0.05); the incidence of junior high school students’ injuries was significantly higher than that of high school students (P <0.05); there was no significant difference among middle school students in urban and rural areas (P> 0.05) The locations of injuries mainly include schools, homes, vehicles and stops; the types of injuries among selected secondary students mainly include sprain, self-injury and falls; using Logistic regression model, the relative risk (OR) To fight, insomnia, drinking, chasing slapstick lack of exercise, lonely and street stalls dining. Conclusions The school should aim at the main influencing factors and characteristics of secondary school students’ injuries, and take pertinent intervention measures to incorporate injury prevention and management into their daily health education so as to effectively reduce the risk of injury and ensure the healthy growth of secondary school students.
