目的 :探讨静脉应用腺苷治疗小儿先天性心脏病 (先心病 )术后肺动脉高压 (肺高压 )的疗效。方法 :选择 10例心脏直视术后伴肺高压患儿 ,经肺动脉持续输注腺苷 [(5 0 μg/(kg·min) ],分别于用药前、用药 15min后及停药后 3个时间点监测肺血管阻力指数 (PVRI)、体血管阻力指数 (SVRI)、肺动脉收缩压和平均压 (sPAP ,mPAP)、体动脉收缩压和平均压 (sAP ,mAP)、肺动脉收缩压 /体动脉收缩压 (Pp/Ps)。 结果 :给药 15min后 ,PVRI、sPAP、mPAP、Pp/Ps分别下降 11.8%、9.6 %、6 .0 %、10 .5 %(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,而SVRI、sAP、mAP无明显改变。结论 :5 0 μg/(kg·min)腺苷有选择性扩张肺动脉的作用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intravenous adenosine in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary hypertension) in children with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods: Ten children with pulmonary hypertension undergoing open heart surgery were enrolled.
