本文对中长跑运动员在训练 ,比赛过程中采用放松技术的实际情况 ,充分论述了各阶段的放松技术对中长跑运动成绩的提高具有较大的相关 ,同时从生理学的角度对中长跑运动在比赛 ,训练后对放松技术的运用加以充分的论述 ,进一步说明了在训练 ,及比赛中合理协调的放松技术对于中长跑运动员体能的合理分配及调节 ;四肢肌体与内脏器官的协调合作 ,以及提高机体抗疲劳的能力和产生较好的超量恢复有着较为重要的意义。
In this paper, the actual conditions of middle and long distance runners in the process of training and competition are discussed. It is fully discussed that the relaxation techniques of each stage have a greater correlation with the improvement of middle and long distance sports scores. Meanwhile, from the aspect of physiology, After the training, it fully elaborates the application of relaxation technique, and further explains the reasonable allocation and adjustment of physical skills of middle and long distance runners in the coordination of relaxation and training in the training and competition.
