采用单片IC AN7254,使调频接收机前端电路部分实现集成化。除了射频放大器以外,变频器、本地振荡器、射频自动增益控制的电平检测器以及低增益中频放大器等都制在一块单片IC AN7254上。该IC封装在有9个针脚的单列式内。汽车接收机使用这种IC片,不仅可缩小其体积,降低成本并能显著提高抗强信号的干扰能力(抗互调性可改善18db)。本集成电路片的主要特征为:1.在变频部采用最佳电路设计;2.用沉积片电容器代替耦合和旁路电容器;3.采用了宽带自动增益控制及其最佳设计方案。
Using single-chip IC AN7254, FM receiver front-end circuit part of the integration. In addition to RF amplifiers, inverters, local oscillators, RF AGC level detectors and low-gain IF amplifiers are all available on a single IC AN7254. The IC is packaged in a 9-pin single-row version. Car receivers use this IC chip, not only to reduce its size, reduce costs and can significantly improve the anti-strong signal interference ability (anti-intermodulation can be improved 18db). The main features of the integrated circuit chip: 1. In the inverter with the best circuit design; 2. The use of chip capacitors instead of coupling and bypass capacitors; 3.
