在国外,犯罪侧写有着坚实的理论基础并被广泛应用到实际刑事案件的侦办中;但在我国,犯罪侧写的理论与技术发展的比较缓慢,不能发挥其应有的作用。所以,本文试图通过对犯罪侧写进行界定,明确其适用的案件范围,分析犯罪侧写技术在我国刑事侦查中适用的现状,最后提出若干完善意见,以期对犯罪侧写技术在我国的发展贡献自己的绵薄之力。
In foreign countries, the crime has a solid theoretical basis and has been widely applied to the investigation of actual criminal cases; but in our country, the theory and technology of the crime of writing sidelines relatively slow, can not play its due role. Therefore, this paper attempts to define the scope of criminal cases, define the applicable cases, and analyze the status quo of the application of criminal techniques in criminal investigation in our country. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to improve the contribution of criminal writing techniques in our country Own modest power.
