目的 进一步求证重组汤对腮腺炎病毒体外灭活作用的特异性。方法 采用组织细胞培养技术 ,对腮腺炎病毒、单纯疱疹病毒 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ型 )、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、带状疱疹病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒进行培养的过程中 ,给以实验药物攻击 ,观察病毒被灭活的过程。结果 实验药物在体外对腮腺炎病毒具有显著的抑制和杀伤作用 ,而对单纯疱疹病毒 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ型 )、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、带状疱疹病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒无抑制作用。若增大实验药物剂量则对细胞本身的增殖生长有很大的副作用。结论 重组汤在体外实验中 ,对腮腺炎病毒具有抑制和杀伤作用的特异性。
Objective To further verify the specificity of recombinant soup for the in vitro inactivation of mumps virus. Methods Tissue culture techniques were used to culture mumps virus, herpes simplex virus (types I and II), rubella virus, cytomegalovirus, herpes zoster virus, influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, adenovirus and respiratory syncytial virus. In the process, an experimental drug was given to attack and the virus was inactivated. Results The experimental drugs had significant inhibition and killing effect on mumps virus in vitro, but on herpes simplex virus (types I and II), rubella virus, cytomegalovirus, herpes zoster virus, influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, adenovirus Respiratory syncytial virus has no inhibitory effect. If the experimental drug dose is increased, there will be great side effects on the proliferation and growth of the cells themselves. Conclusion The recombinant soup has the specificity of inhibiting and killing mumps virus in vitro.
