目的 证实绿脓杆菌 甘露糖敏感血凝 (PA MSHA)菌毛株疫苗是一种能有效提高和调节多种疾病患者的免疫功能 ,改善免疫调节机制 ,增强免疫力的新型细菌性免疫调节剂 (或称PA MSHA免疫调节剂 )。方法 用该疫苗对 30 1例癌症 (急性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤及肺癌 )患者的治疗过程中的 12项免疫指标变化的临床疗效加以比较。结果 免疫综合疗效的总有效率 ,急性白血病为87 1% ;恶性淋巴瘤为 77 78% ;肺癌为 84 0 9%。治疗后 ,3组中的实验组与对照组的各项免疫指标相比较P值均小于 0 0 5。结论 PA MSHA菌毛株疫苗能全面提高及调整癌症患者的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能 ,增强抑制和杀伤癌细胞的效应 ,是癌症患者理想的辅助治疗药物。
Objective To confirm that the P. aeruginosa mannose sensitive hemagglutination (PA MSHA) pilus strain vaccine is a novel bacterial immunomodulator that can effectively improve and regulate the immune function of patients with various diseases, improve immune regulation mechanisms, and enhance immunity ( Or PA MSHA immunomodulator). Methods The vaccine was used to compare the clinical efficacy of 12 immune changes in the treatment of 30 patients with cancer (acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, and lung cancer). Results The total effective rate of total immune response was 87.1% for acute leukemia, 77.78% for malignant lymphoma, and 84.9% for lung cancer. After the treatment, the P values of the experimental groups and the control groups in the 3 groups were all less than 0 05. Conclusion The PA MSHA strain vaccine can improve and adjust the humoral immunity and cellular immune function of cancer patients, and enhance the effect of inhibiting and killing cancer cells. It is an ideal adjuvant therapy drug for cancer patients.
