目的:探讨六西格玛管理在手术室显微器械管理中的实施效果。方法:医院手术室于2015年6~12月采用手术室显微器械常规护理管理措施为对照组。于20161~6月对手术室显微器械实施六西格玛护理管理措施为观察组。以两组在手术室治疗期间显微器械缺失发生率、护理人员对显微器械护理管理能力及患者对护理服务的满意度等作为评价指标。结果:对手术室两组术前准备显微器械经过不同临床护理管理干预,观察组手术所需显微器械缺失发生率显著比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对手术所需显微器械护理管理能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在患者及家属对护理服务满意度方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将六西格玛管理措施应用到手术室预防显微器械缺失管理中,提高了手术室护理人员对显微器械护理管理的能力,降低护理人员对手术所需显微器械核对缺失情况的发生,有助于确保手术的顺利进行,并对患者的生命健康增添保障,提高患者对护理服务的满意度及依从性。
Objective: To explore the effect of Six Sigma in operating room micromachine management. Methods: The hospital operating room in June 2015 to December operating room microsurgery routine nursing management measures for the control group. In 20161 ~ June on the operating room microsurgery implementation of Six Sigma nursing management measures for the observation group. The incidence of microsurgery during the operation of the operating room was divided into two groups. The nursing staff’s ability of nursing management of microsurgery and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing service were taken as the evaluation indexes. Results: The microsurgery of the two groups in the operating room after different clinical nursing interventions, the incidence of microsurgery required by the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing staff in the observation group had no significant difference The nursing ability of micro-instruments was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the patients and their dependents in nursing services was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of Six Sigma management to the management of microsurgery in the operating room to prevent the loss of micromachined equipment has improved the ability of operating room nurses in the management and maintenance of micromachined equipment, and reduced the occurrence of missed checkup of micromachining equipment required by nurses. It helps to ensure the smooth operation of the operation and enhances the patient’s life and health and enhances patient satisfaction and compliance with nursing services.
