有晶状体存在的睫状环阻塞性闭角青光眼,国内外均有报道。无晶状体睫状环阻塞性闭角青光眼国内尚未见报道。最近,我科曾经治一例,报告如下。 何某,女,68岁,退休工人。因左眼老年性白内障(成熟期)入院。于1983年12月20日在局麻下行左眼白内障冰冻摘除术,常规周边虹膜切除,囊内摘除,无玻璃体脱出,过程顺利。术后第一天左眼前房已形成,第七天拆除球结膜缝线。第八天行术眼裂隙灯检查,球结 Ciliary loop obstruction with angle closure glaucoma, both at home and abroad have been reported.
