肿瘤是严重危害人类身体健康的一类疾病,尤其是恶性肿瘤,它每年无情地夺去千百万人的生命,破坏掉千百万个幸福家庭。随着社会工业化的不断发展及其对自然界的污染破坏,肿瘤的发病率在世界范围内普遍上升,并已构成主要死亡因素。况且有从高龄向低龄发展的趋势。因此,如何提高肿瘤的防治水平,完善肿瘤的防治措施,已成为当今国内外愈来愈受关注的研究课题。在我国,肿瘤防治也是国家重点科技攻关项目。
